2. Scope and nature of the website

The estetolog.com.pl website is an informational (static) site presenting what the practice offers. The site contains no contact forms and no login system, and it does not collect personal data through forms. Contact with the practice takes place by telephone, by email or through an external booking system.

3. Purposes of and grounds for processing

• handling telephone or email contact initiated by the user (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest)
• arranging and carrying out a visit and providing services (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• fulfilling legal obligations, for example those relating to accounting and tax (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR)

4. Booking visits (Booksy)

Online booking takes place on the external service Booksy (estetolog.booksy.com). Data given during booking is processed in accordance with the Booksy privacy policy — please read it directly on the Booksy service.

5. Cookies and hosting

The site is hosted on the Netlify platform. The site does not use its own analytical or marketing cookies and does not use tools such as Google Analytics. The hosting provider may process technical server data (for example the IP address) in order to ensure the security and availability of the site.

The site uses Google Fonts loaded from Google's servers — this may involve technical connection data (including the IP address) being passed to Google at the moment the fonts are downloaded.

6. Recipients of the data

Data may be passed to entities supporting the running of the practice, only to the extent necessary: the provider of the booking system (Booksy), the hosting provider (Netlify) and — where needed — the accountancy office and entities authorised on the basis of legal provisions.

7. Retention period

We store data for the period necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and then for the period arising from legal provisions (including tax provisions) or until any claims become time-barred.
